Administrator: Our receptionists and administrators will be happy to answer all of your questions and talk you through the assessment/treatment procedure and the billing process.
Direct billing: Is available and dependent on your plan and coverage. We will be happy to support you through the process, where available.
Working with Insurance companies: It is possible that your insurance company may instruct us to invoice them directly according to your claim or situation, other than direct billing. We will be happy to provide you guidance on this and to keep you regularly updated.
Hours: We will provide appointment times to incorporate both mornings and evenings to fit in with your schedules, as best as possible. We appreciate that not everyone is available during the middle of the day! However, evenings are often very popular, so best to book in advance.
